9) Orders, Fulfilment & Delivery
- Digital items/registrations/memberships: Instant digital access and/or email confirmations after successful payment.
- Physical merchandise (if listed): Shipped via designated couriers within the timeframe shown on the product page. Title and risk pass on delivery. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel and refund the affected amount.
