Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Overview

This policy covers transactions made on www.3241c.com for donations, membership fees, event registrations, training programs, merchandise, and digital content (collectively, “Services”).

2) Donations

  • Donations are generally non-refundable.
  • Duplicate/erroneous transactions reported within 14 days will be reviewed and, if verified, refunded to the original payment method.

3) Membership Fees / Subscriptions

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • If you are charged for an upcoming renewal, you may cancel before the renewal date by contacting support@3241c.com.

4) Event Registrations

  • Cancellations ≥ 14 days before the event: full refund (less any non-recoverable gateway charges).
  • Cancellations < 14 days before the event or no-shows: no refund.
  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future event of equal value.

5) Training Programs

  • For multi-session programs, you may request:
    • Full refund if cancelled ≥ 14 days before the start date.
    • 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the start date.
    • No refund if cancelled < 7 days or after the program begins.
  • Seat transfers to another participant may be permitted up to 48 hours before start, subject to approval.

6) Merchandise (Physical Goods)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: perishable/consumable items, customized goods, or items marked final sale.
  • Refunds/replacements are processed after quality inspection; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

7) Digital Content/Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • If you could not access the content due to a technical issue on our side, contact support@3241c.com within 14 days for assistance or resolution.

8) How to Request a Refund

All eligible refunds will be processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method wherever possible.

Refund Timeline:

  • We initiate refunds within 5–7 business days.
  • Banks/card issuers may take additional time to credit the refund.

10) Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve issues. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account restrictions for misuse.
